Using this form you can fast-track your medical imaging booking experience. In our case you can request bookings for Nuclear Medicine and Bone Mineral densitomerty studies at Illawarra Nuclear Imaging and either of the two Canterbury Bankstown Nuclear Imaging sites at Bankstown and Revesby.
